Activities of the Building Division include building plan review, issuance of building and building-related permits, and inspections of work performed under such permits to ensure compliance; interpretation and enforcement of the Federal Floodplain Management regulations, CRS and ISO programs and the collection of local business taxes.

Owner/Builder Disclosure Statement - all owner/builder applicants must complete this form
Swimming Pool Safety Act Affirmation - required with all swimming pool/spa applications
Certificate of No Tree Removal Verification - for use when protected trees exist on site but will not be removed
Certificate of No Trees Verification - for use when no protected trees exist on site
Stormwater Management Certification - for use on all projects where impervious surface area is added or increased
