Planning and Zoning Division
Activities of the Planning and Zoning Division
include future land use and comprehensive plan maintenance, concurrency
management, site plan and subdivision review, processing zoning and land
use amendments, annexations and variance requests, temporary, special
and conditional uses.
The Planning and Zoning Division acts as staff liaison to the Technical
Review Committee (TRC), Planning and Zoning Board (PZB), Board of
Adjustment (BOA) and Heritage Preservation Board (HPB) and the Planning
& Redevelopment Focus Group.
