Meet the Director
Joseph A. DiPasqua, CBO, CFM
Development Services Director
Mr. DiPasqua joined the
City of Tarpon Springs in December 1990 as an Inspector and Plans
Examiner in the Building Department.
In 1994, he was promoted to Building Director.
In September 1999, the City’s Building, Engineering, and Planning
and Zoning departments were consolidated to create the Development
Services Department and he was appointed as Development Services
Director. In 2010, the MIS
Division was added to the department.
