PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
The Public Works Department provides for the protection, health and safety for the citizens of Tarpon Springs through the efforts carried out by the following divisions:
· Building Maintenance
· Marina
· Parks & Park Ways
· Roads & Streets
· Sewage Collection
· Solid Waste/Recycling
· Vehicle Maintenance
· Water Distribution
· Yard Waste
As well as management and administration of major
projects such as Sewering of Lake Tarpon, Bi-Annual Paving and Street
Re-bricking, Seawall Restoration, Sunset Beach Pavilion, etc.
