MEET THE DIRECTOR
Tom Funcheon joined the City of Tarpon Springs in 2002. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ashwood University. Prior to joining the City he owned and operated a Utility Construction Company. Mr. Funcheon has 35+ years of experience in all phases of construction and road work. He is a native of New York. He is married and has two daughters.
