Since 2000, the Tarpon
Springs Recreation Division has been publishing its semi-annual
brochure in the form of well known periodicals.
While we normally appropriate only the cover styles, we have
recreated certain interior elements over the years, such as the Mad
Fold-In, crosswords, other puzzles and advertisements.
One common cover element found on all of our brochures since
their inception in 1996,
has been the inclusion of Kasey
Prichard’s
image
(daughter of Recreation
Supervisor Margie Prichard) each and every time.
Starts in Parks Ads...
"It Starts In Parks" is an initiative of the Florida Recreation and Park Association intended to better position parks and recreation in the future to be recognized and supported for the important benefits and services provided by the profession, to citizens of and visitors to the State of Florida. The intended outcome of the initiative is that people in the state of Florida will know, value and support the profession of parks and recreation.
