SUMMER CAMP 2019

This year’s Summer Camp is ten + weeks, from May 30th, through August 13th. Hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Thursday, July 4th. Aftercare, 5:30-6pm, is available at an additional charge. Camp may be purchased for the full ten weeks, by individual weeks, or by individual days. Field trips are not included in the prices and with few exceptions, are not mandatory. A free school lunch and snack are included daily in the cost. Campers are divided into three age groups: children entering kindergarten-2nd grade (Dodgers), entering 3rd grade-5th grade (Shooters) and entering 6th grade-8th grade (Sharks). Camp is held at the Tarpon Springs Community Center, 400 S. Walton Avenue. The Community Center has a full gymnasium, game room, two multi-purpose rooms and craft room. We also take frequent local trips (no additional charge) to Craig Park, Discovery Playground, Splash Park, Anderson Park and Sunset Beach. PRICING: Weekly with activity card: $75.00 Weekly without activity card: $85.00 Daily with activity card: $20.00 Daily without activity card: $30.00 May 30 & 31: $20.00/ea or $30.00/both, with card May 30 & 31: $30.00/ea or $40.00/both, without card August 12 & 13: $20.00/ea or $30.00/both, with card August 12 & 13: $30.00/ea or $40.00/both, without card ACTIVITY CARDS: Residents under age 18: FREE Non-residents: $55.00/ea. or $70.00/family BEFORE AND AFTERCARE: 7:00 - 7:30 am, $10 per week 5:30-6pm, $10 per week FEE POLICY: All Camp fees originated prior to July 19th, 2019, must be paid in full no later than 5:00pm EDT, on Friday, July 19th, 2019. Children whose accounts are delinquent, as of July 20th, 2019, will not be allowed to attend camp, until such time as their accounts have been made current. A 25% down payment is due upon registration. No camp fees will be refunded for any reason after July 5th. Parents seeking any refunds of camp fees prior to this date must express their case in writing to the Recreation Superintendent. CERAMICS CAMP

This camp offers campers the ability to develop their creative side with fun and technical ceramics skills. Campers will hand build with clay to create a variety of ceramics projects. Children will learn different styles of painting and decoration. Session 2: July 8th-12th Session 3: July 22nd-July 26th Time: 9am-12pm, Monday-Friday Location: Community Center Ages: 8-13 Cost: $75 per session with activity card or $100 without activity card.
