Zumba

A high energy exercise class that combines Latin music with unique moves and combinations. Location: Craig Park Recreation Center Fee: $6 per class Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a heart pumpin fusion of dance, aerobics, kickboxing, yoga and Pilates set to the latest music. When you love your work out you get results. First class free. Just do it. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee: $36 monthly Monday-Wednesday 6pm / Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday 9am

Weight Room

Includes treadmills, ellipticals cross trainers, recumbent bike and air bike. There is a five station universal weight training machine and a complete section of free weights and weight benches. Other available equipment  includes a roman chair, medicine balls and ab devices. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee:  $2 per day or $15 per month Mondays through Thursday, 7am-8:30pm, Fridays 7am-6:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1pm

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Lynn Stone

Location: Craig Park Recreation Center

Fee: $36 monthly w/rec card / $39.21 non card holder or $8 per class

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm; Saturdays at 9:45am

Paddleboard Rentals

Everything you need to get started in Stand Up Paddle boarding.  No experience is required but

participants must be able to swim. All equipment is provided.

Location: Craig Park Boat Ramp

Fee: $25 per day per board or $50 per board for three days.  $100 cash deposit per board

Spin Class

Join Instructor Cynthia for a one hour spin class that will get your heart racing & legs moving! Fee:  $48/month Craig Park Recreation Center Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm

Blaque Knight Dance Fitness

This is a new dance fitness program specializing in making workout routines more fun and exciting, playing a variety of different music like Afro beat, reggae and hip hop. Routines are easy to learn and steps are easy to follow. Each routine focuses on muscle isolation, movement, flexibility, and range of motion. Dance routines specialize in building confidence, improving dance skills, and teaching the art of body language, while toning the thighs, stomach, and glutes. Fee:  $40/month or $5 drop-in Location: Craig Park Recreation Center Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 7-8pm, starting May 14th
