Vinyasa Yoga

Also known as Flow Yoga, this class incorporates smooth transition of poses and breathing to relax and invigorate. Fee:  $5 per class w/card, $6 per class w/o card, or $30/month    FREE to Snap Fitness Members Mondays & Wednesdays, 7pm Location:  Craig Park Recreation Center

Zumba

A high energy exercise class that combines Latin music with unique moves and combinations. Location: Craig Park Recreation Center Fee: $6 per class Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a heart pumpin fusion of dance, aerobics, kickboxing, yoga and Pilates set to the latest music. When you love your work out you get results. First class free. Just do it. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee: $36 monthly Monday-Wednesday 6pm / Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday 9am

Weight Room

Includes treadmills, ellipticals cross trainers, recumbent bike and air bike. There is a five station universal weight training machine and a complete section of free weights and weight benches. Other available equipment  includes a roman chair, medicine balls and ab devices. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee:  $2 per day or $15 per month Mondays through Thursday, 7am-8:30pm, Fridays 7am-6:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1pm

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Lynn Stone

Location: Craig Park Recreation Center

Fee: $36 monthly w/rec card / $39.21 non card holder or $8 per class

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm; Saturdays at 9:45am

Paddleboarding

Location:  Craig Park Boat Ramp

Day & Time:  9-noon, 1st & 3rd Saturday monthly

Fee:  $25/day, lessons $50 for a 3 day rental
