Margie has been with the Recreation Division since 1986. Originally from Detroit, she is a Central Michigan University graduate and a certified exercise nut. back to top
Duffy Smith, CPRP, Recreation Specialist II
Duffy has been working for the Recreation Division since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, and is working on his plan to retire in the Caribbean. back to top
Daniela Smyth, Recreation Specialist
Daniela has been with the Recreation Division since 2000. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a huge Buccaneers fan. She was also honored as the 2010 Citizen of the Year by the BPOE Elks Lodge #1719. back to top
Scott Smith, Recreation Specialist
Scott joined the staff in 2003. A graduate of Georgia Tech, Scott is an avid sports nut and loves all things Yellow Jacket related. back to top
Casey Sands, Recreation Leader
Casey began working for the Recreation Division in 2012. She is a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School and is an avid volleyball player. back to top
Bobbie Hicks, Recreation Leader
Bobbie has been with the Recreation Division since 1994. He is based at the C.A.P. center where he supervises their after school program. Bobbie enjoys watching sports on TV, and playing golf and billiards. back to top
Antoine Bass, Recreation Leader
Antoine has been with the Recreation Division since 1997. He is a native of Tarpon Springs and works full time for Progress Energy He is a huge fan of The "U.". back to top
Gina Bass, Recreation Leader
Gina has been with the Recreation Division since 1998. She is a native of Tarpon Springs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading. back to top
Mark has been with the Recreation Division since 1998. He attended the University of South Carolina on a football scholarship after playing for Tarpon Springs High School. back to top
Katrina Kelly, Recreation Leader
Katrina "Weesie" Kelly has been with the Recreation Division since 2011. She graduated from Tarpon High and is a full time college student. back to top
Kenny Prichard, Recreation Leader
Kenny has been with the Recreation Division since 2002. He graduated from St. Petersburg College with a Bachelors in Elementary Education, and is currently teaching. back to top
Nancy Kelly, Recreation Leader
Nancy joined the staff in 2007. She works full time for Pinellas County schools, and is a former Tarpon Springs Police Officer. back to top

Sabrina joined our staff in 2010, for our Summer Camp. She works full time for Chilis, and is newly married. back to top
Preston Halverson, Recreation Leader
Preston also joined the staff in 2010. He is a graduate of Tarpon Springs High School, and is currently a college student. back to top
Ronnie Scott, Recreation Leader
Ronnie Scott joined the Recreation Division in 2011. He is an excellent basketball player and is studying to become a police officer. back to top
Donald Taylor, Recreation Custodian
Donald "Duckie" Taylor spent 20 years in the City's Purchasing Department, retired to start his own business and has rejoined the City as our custodian. He enjoys skydiving and is a misguided Seminole fan. back to top
