Utility Bill Assistance: Effective October 1, 2020, the City of Tarpon Springs will resume normal policies, applying penalties and shutting off water, on accounts that currently have past due balances.
CITY HALL COMPLEX: Walk-Up lobby and/or Drive-Through service is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for Building Development, Utility Billing and the City Clerk and Collector. Access for Permit Applications in the Building Department is described in the Covid-19 Building Development Submittal Process. Staff are in the office and available via telephone or email. Board of Commissioners and other Advisory Board meetings are now being conducted in person with a limited amount of public seating available. Covid-19 protocols are in place requiring health screening, temperature checks and wearing of masks at all times while in the City Hall building. Options for virtual participation and submission of comments via email are still in effect.

FACILITIES RE-OPENED The facilities below have re-opened in accordance with State and County guidance. Social Distancing guidelines are required at all facilities!
North Anclote Nature Park
Tarpon Springs Municipal Golf Course – Special Covid-19 Golf Course Regulations including 50% capacity, payment by credit card only and reservations required.
Sports Fields: Sisler Field, Jasmine Sports Complex, Riverside Field, Rotary Park & Dorsett Park (recreational use only, no organized league play or practices – social distancing guidelines must continue to be observed or fields will have to be closed again)

Library – Curbside Pick-up Now Available. More Information at http://tarponlibrary.org/curbside/ Library – New Limited hours Monday – Friday 10 am-1 pm and 3 pm-6 pm. Saturday 10 am-1 pm and 3 pm-5 pm. Closed 1-2 pm daily for cleaning.
Yardwaste Facility open Monday – Saturday.
Heritage Museum and Tarpon Arts Ticket Office- Open from 10 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday
Safford House – Open from 11 am – 3 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Recreation Division and Community Center and Craig Park Recreation Center – New hours and programs
Splash Park: Limited Capacity of 25 occupants.
New Splash Park Hours effective Monday, February 8, 2021:
11 am – 3 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
11 am – 6 pm Saturday and Sunday (closed from 2 pm to 3 pm for cleaning)
Closed Wednesdays for deep cleaning

Performing Arts Center
Public Safety Facility – only individuals with official police or fire department business will be admitted. Crime reports will be taken via telephone or outside the building whenever possible. Fingerprinting services are not available until further notice.
Cycadia Cemetery Office and Staff Hours by appointment only. Cemetery grounds will remain open regular hours. Call 727-942-5622 for information or to set an appointment.
