Closing Date:   OPEN UNTIL FILLED Description/Requirements: Under limited supervision, is responsible for performing on-site inspections of new and existing building construction to ensure  compliance with local, state and federal building codes and regulations.  Performs field inspections of various projects (City and  private developments) during construction to verify and record appropriate completion of required civil construction elements.  Documents compliance and non-compliance with applicable codes, laws or regulations. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s  degree in architecture, engineering or construction with a Master’s degree preferred. Closing Date:   OPEN UNTIL FILLED Description/Requirements: The incumbent works with the Director of Cultural & Civic Services to determine the year-round artistic vision of the Division of  Arts and Historical Resources, working toward accomplishing its mission of connecting the community with arts and heritage by  presenting stimulating, engaging and education performances, workshops, festivals and visual arts projects. Under supervision  of the Director, develops marketing plans and supervises staff to carry them out. Description/Requirements: Supervisory, professional, and administrative work of a responsible nature in various functions related to the management of  the Utility Billing Department. Work involves supervising employees in the areas of utility customer service, utility billing,  meter reading and land management/addressing program. Duties require in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures of all  functional areas of utility customer service, utility billing, meter reading and land management.
