Impact Fees

Impact Fees are charged to contribute to costs associated with infrastructure and public services that need to be expanded as a direct result of

new development in the City of Tarpon Springs. The City charges the follow impact fees: Multimodal Impact Fees, Police Protection Impact Fees,

Fire Protection Impact Fees, Park & Recreation Services Impact Fees, General Government Impact Fees, Library Impact Fees, Water Service

Impact Fees and Sewer Service Impact Fees. To determine how much your impact fees will be, select the following links:

*The City is currently in the process of updating the Water Service & Sewer Service Impact Fees. Public hearings on the impact fee updates will

be held December 4, 2018 & December 11, 2018 at 6:30 PM in the City Hall Auditorium, 324 Pine Street. The links below provide information on
