Summary of Referendum Questions on March 14, 2023 Ballot

Vote By Mail and Registration for the March 14, 2023 Election:

As a reminder Florida Law made all mail ballot requests on file expire on Dec. 31, 2022. This means all voters who received mail ballots—even as late as the 2022 General Election—must submit a new request.

The new request must include your voter’s Florida DL Number, ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

The Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections provided an opportunity on the certificate (return) envelopes to voters who cast mail ballots during the 2022 General Election to request mail ballots through the 2024 general election cycle. However, not all voters completed the necessary information. This may impact our voters for the City’s upcoming election.

Please request a mail ballot by visiting //VotePinellas.gov/VoteByMail or by calling 727-464-VOTE (8683).

If you need to register to vote you must do so by Monday, February 13, 2023 , to be eligible to vote at the City’s upcoming General/Referendum Election on March 14, 2023.  One can also register by going on-line at  https://registertovoteflorida.gov/home , picking up a form at the City Clerk’s Office and mailing it in, or in person at the Tarpon Springs Library on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 11 am-3 pm or at the Community Center on Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 8 am-12pm.
