Cardio Kickboxing

Forever Dance

Forever Dance is a program where children learn the foundations of dance, values and team work. Instructors focus on dance technique as well as encouraging a love for dance. Tarpon Springs Community Center Classes resume February 3rd Ages 3-6 Schedule Monday 5:30pm-6:20pm Lyrical/Ballet Tuesday-5:30pm-6:20pm Hip Hop Wednesday-5:30-6:20pm Ages 7-11 Monday-6:30-7:30 Hip Hop Wednesday-6:30-7:30 Ballet/Lyrical Each class is $35 a month with Rec card or $45 without per month

East and West Coast Swing Lessons

Classes are perfect for those who are totally new to dancing or who are familiar with East and West Coast Swing. Bob and Kathy Smith are professional dance instructors who love to share their knowledge, experience, benefits, and joy of dancing with their students. 5-6pm-East Coast Swing 6-6:30pm-FREE West Coast Swing 6:30-7:15pm-West Coast Swing Beginner $9 with Rec Card or $10 without Check out Emerald Coast Dance at www.emeraldcoastdance.net

Hip Hop & Jazz

Learn routines and combinations in the Hip Hop & Jazz styles. Fee: $40/month with card $50/month w/out card Saturdays, 1-2:30pm, 8-11yrs. Saturdays, 2:30-4pm, 12-17yrs

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a heart pumpin fusion of dance, aerobics, kickboxing, yoga and Pilates set to the latest music. When you love your work out you get results. First class free. Just do it. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee: $36 monthly Monday-Wednesday 6pm / Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday 9am

Paddleboard Rentals

Everything you need to get started in Stand Up Paddle boarding. No experience is required but participants must be able to swim. All equipment is

provided.

Location: Craig Park Boat Ramp

Fee: $25 per day per board or $50 per board for three days. $100 cash deposit per board

Pump

Get your heart PUMPIN’ with Pump! This class is a hip hop/cardio dance workout class for adults 18 and up! These classes will be an energetic cardio class infused with hip hop. Let’s get moving! If you want to have fun and sweat at the same time, this class is for you! 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month 11am-12:15pm $10 with card $13 without

Tai Chi

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays January 10 - January 31 from 2:30 - 3:30 pm This class will start with beginner movements and will gradually progress. Every week you will learn something new. $45 with Rec Card $60 without Rec Card Must Pre-Register at the Community Center

Weight Room

Includes treadmills, ellipticals cross trainers, recumbent bike and air bike. There is a five station universal weight training machine and a complete section of free weights and weight benches. Other available equipment includes a roman chair, medicine balls and ab devices. Location: Tarpon Springs Community Center Fee: $2 per day or $15 per month Mondays through Thursday, 7am-8:30pm, Fridays 7am-6:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1pm

Yoga Flow

Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:45-4:45pm Community Center Rec Card: $5 Drop in or $50 a month, No Rec Card: $6 Drop in or $60 a month This is for intermediate yogi’s who are looking for a yoga workout uniting breath, strength, balance and flexibility. Most classes include breath work, sun salutations and traditional poses in a vinyasa yoga style! Register at the Community Center for monthly passes!

Yoga - (Chair)

Wednesdays, 2:30pm-3:30pm Craig Park Recreation Center Rec Card: $5 Drop in - $18 a month////No Rec Card--$6 Drop in or $22 a month This class will focus on increasing your range of motion, opening joints and creating more space in the spinal column. Whether you are new to yoga, getting back into an exercise routine or you are recovering from an injury, illness or surgery, this class is for you! Register at the Community Center!

Yoga - (Fundamentals)

Learn proper alignment and how to modify poses for your body and fitness level. This class is NOT just for beginners. Must pre-register. Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11am-12:30pm March 3rd-April 2nd $60/session with card, $75/session without card

Zumba

A high energy exercise class that combines Latin music with unique moves and combinations. Location: Craig Park Recreation Center Fee: $6 per class Tuesdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm
