Upload a diagram/sketch (it is recommended to use a property survey), that shows the following information:
Upload any plans and/or pictures of the proposed chicken coop and runs.
If applicable, upload a letter or other form of acknowledgement and consent to this application from the Homeowners Association (HOA).
Prior to the permit being issued, a $50.00 application fee must be mailed or paid in person to the address below:
