Per LDC Section 108.02, the Board of Commissioners may remove the historic, cultural, or archaeological designation from a structure, site, traditional cultural property or district by ordinance if one or more of the following criteria are met.
Please review the each criteria (numbered 1 and 2) and provide a justification on how your request meets one or both.
The subject property no longer meets the applicable criteria for designation found in LDC Section 108.00 as a result of structural or architectural alterations that have been done to the property, demolition or destruction by fire or other force majeure, or upon receipt of additional information which contradicts the original destination.
An error was made in the petition or the procedure for designation of the subject property.
