Overview of the Technical Review Committee

The Technical Review Committee consists of City Staff members from a variety of technical fields including planning and zoning, project administration, utilities, fire, building, public works and law enforcement.  The Technical Review Committee reviews all applications for compliance with the code of ordinances, comprehensive plan and all applicable building codes.  This includes the review of site plans, subdivisions, conditional uses, amendments to the zoning map, amendments to the future land use map, variances, vacations of streets, plats or other properties, temporary uses and all other applications assigned by the City Manager
